I think it helps to scale back every couple weeks. Otherwise it's too much, too fast, just like Bill Clinton.

Tired legs give me frightening dreams. Ran 17 miles in perfect weather, no comments.

People: In a plaza in suburban Virginia, a hula hoop class of about 30.
So after the first two miles I can think to myself, "All I have to do now is a half marathon," which is not as comforting as it could be.
