Rocky Mountain Park (3)

I was sorting through my archives and found these from a visit in summer 2006. This is the trail to Lone Pine Lake near the west entrance:

Viewers will note the pine beetle is not immediately apparent at this date. A closer look reveals how the trees are beginning to fade.
